Would you let a Surgeon who had not conducted a through diagnosis, arrived at a reasoned prognosis and discussed the options and plan of action with you, operate on your nearest and dearest? Of course NOT! Why then does research indicate that that is just what a great number of business leaders appear to do with their businesses!
In many cases off-the-shelf training provides nothing more than a 'quick fix' and costly response. In a similar way, un-diagnosed or misguided approaches to organisational problems provide a poor return for your investment and result in at best, a short lived cosmetic fix.
The approach prefered by STS is to accurately diagnose problems and identify their context and source before recommending a solution. Then we work in partnership with the client and key stakeholders to provide solutions that have high levels of stakeholder ownerhip and commitment.
